Latin American Development Group (LDG) is a legally independent organization. It is not owned, operated, controlled, supervised, or endorsed by Harvard University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), or any other academic institution.

No partnership, joint venture, agency, employment relationship, or formal institutional collaboration exists between LDG and Harvard University or MIT unless expressly stated in a written agreement executed by authorized institutional representatives.

 

2. Use of Institutional Names

References to Harvard University, MIT, or other institutions on this website are used strictly in a nominative and descriptive manner to identify the educational backgrounds of certain individuals involved in LDG activities.

Such references:

• Do not imply sponsorship.
   

• Do not imply approval.
   

• Do not imply oversight.
   

• Do not imply academic accreditation.
   

• Do not imply certification of LDG programs.
   

 

3. Trademark Acknowledgment

Harvard®, Harvard University®, Massachusetts Institute of Technology®, MIT®, and related names, shields, logos, insignias, and marks are the exclusive property of their respective institutions.

LDG does not claim ownership of these marks and does not use official logos, seals, or protected insignias unless expressly authorized in writing.

 

4. No Academic Credit or Certification

Participation in LDG programs does not confer:

• Academic credit from Harvard University or MIT.
   

• Certificates issued by Harvard University or MIT.
   

• Official recognition from those institutions.
   

Any educational or leadership activities organized by LDG are independently structured and administered.

 

5. Limitation of Implied Endorsement

Under no circumstances shall any content on this website be interpreted as creating an impression of institutional endorsement or affiliation where none exists.
